Laura Woolsey, Owner
My name is Laura Woolsey, and I’ve been a professional photo organizer for over ten years. All my life, I’ve had a knack for transforming chaos into order and keeping track of tiny details and loads of data. These traits allowed me to:
- Catalog my family’s entire VHS video collection when I was eight years old (including creating a a guide that listed the start and stop times for each movie).
- Keep my own family’s photos organized and labeled for my entire life.
- Graduate with a computer science degree from TCU, and work for over 15 years as a web developer and data analyst.
- Launch a business as a professional photo organizer in 2007 – long before most other photo organizers came on the scene, when people had just begun taking digital photos, and when the concept of digitizing printed photos was in its infancy.
Getting things right for my clients is so important to me, and I love sharing my talents and skills for such an amazing purpose as creating a photographic family archive. As a leader and veteran of this industry and a master of all things technological, my team and I can confidently offer you the absolute best solution for your family’s needs.
Tom Hensle, Client Operations Manager
Hi! I’m Tom, and I really enjoy being helpful and making things run smoothly. I’ve come to Memory Forward from a special collections (rare books) library background. I have worked extensively with digitization of precious materials, and organizing of both physical and digital assets. Much of my work at the library made high quality images of singular objects available for patron use, while also preserving an accurate representation of those items for posterity. I must say, sounds quite pertinent to my current work, doesn’t it? I’m here to help in myriad ways as we take your photos and documents from “insurmountable task” to “shareable archive”. Please reach out if you have any questions about our process or services! firstname.lastname@example.org
Cassandra Robertson, Photo Operations Specialist
Hello! I’m Cassandra, one of the Photo Operations Specialists here at Memory Forward. I’m a classically trained painter and have always had a creative streak a mile wide. While it may sound farfetched - I’ve been using Adobe Photoshop since before I started kindergarten. I always look forward to using my experience to breathe life back into even the most damaged photos. Working with old photos, slides, and antique images is incredibly rewarding for me. I love helping forgotten times resurface and I can’t wait to help preserve your memories.
Keri Cronan, Photo Operations Specialist
Hey there! I’m Keri and I am a Photo Operations Specialist with Memory Forward. I received a BFA in Photography at the Savannah College of Art and Design where I specialized in fine art printing and photo-restoration. I’ve been enamored with old photographs since I was a kid, whether they were of my own family or ones I would find at thrift stores. I am fascinated by the stories behind the images and the act of bringing them to life, so I am thrilled to be able to shake the dust off our client’s personal collections and making them alive once again in a more modern and technological fashion.
